SkySteel Structures Ltd joined William Hare Ltd on the Scalpel project to complete the top seven floors due to complications with the previous subcontractors. Due to the layout of the steel work certain areas of the project had to be erected directly from the steel work, working within the documented method statement produced by WHL.
